FlowRow uses the FlowRow Board. This simple but ingenious accessory was specially developed for FlowRow and ensures that we activate our deep muscles to balance the rowing machine.

The best way to train the deep muscles of the middle of the body is with an unstable support. Your body automatically activates and trains the stabilizing muscles to keep your balance.

Andreas is a former competitive rower, two-time German champion … and still an enthusiastic regatta rower.

He was a longtime rowing coach and his teams achieved numerous medals at German Championships and World Championships. One of his rowers competed at the Athens Olympics.

Andreas is business coach (degree from Performance Consultants International in London).

Fabian is a passionate instructor and training supervisor for group fitness, functional training, nutrition and health.

With the great and dynamic FlowRow playlist, Fabian brings the participants into a flow.

Fabian holds a Master’s degree in Exercise & Health Sciences. He has extensive and scientifically sound knowledge of the psyche and physique of the human body.

Ute has been a physiotherapist for over 25 years and has had her own practice in Nussbaumen / Switzerland for 9 years. Ute is a former successful competitive rower (German Champion in the double scull).

Through her excellent knowledge of the links between proper exercise and a healthy musculoskeletal system, Ute makes FlowRow participants feel better and healthier after each lesson.
