1. Cancellation policy for contracts for the delivery of goods

Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation for contracts for the delivery of goods in accordance with the following provisions.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor self-employed professional activity.

Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (FlowRow GmbH, Eigebächliweg 9, 5423 Freienwil, Switzerland, Tel: +41796413533, E-Mail: info@flowrow.fit) by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter, e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model revocation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than any additional charges arising from your choosing a different method of delivery to the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this Agreement. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us or to FlowRow GmbH, c/o Stefan Pirscher, Forstallee 38, 14476 Gross Glienicke, Germany immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for checking their nature, properties and functioning.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal:

The right of revocation does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.

Consumers whose contractual statement concerns a contract for the supply of data not physically stored on a physical medium, but produced and made available in digital form, have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (FlowRow GmbH, Eigebächliweg 9, 5423 Freienwil, Switzerland, Tel: +41796413533, E-Mail: info@flowrow.fit) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). Expiry of the right of withdrawal:

The right of revocation expires prematurely if we have begun to execute the contract after you have expressly agreed that we will begin to execute the contract before the end of the revocation period and you have confirmed to us that you are aware that you will lose your right of revocation by giving your consent to begin executing the contract.
